Do you have Customer Service in Hong Kong?
You can reach our Consumer Service Department in Hong Kong at 3612 9851, Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
My VTech product no longer works. How can I get it repaired?
First, be sure that you have replaced the old batteries with fresh ones (we do not recommend rechargeable batteries in our products).
Second, if your product has a "Reset" button, try using that.
Third, try removing all of the batteries and holding down the "ON" button for about 4 - 5 seconds. Then replace the batteries (be sure they are fresh) and try your product again.
If your product still does not work properly, please contact our Consumer Service Department at 3612 9851 in Hong Kong. We will issue a return authorization and advise you of any replacement/repair fees. Please do not return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Consumer Service hours in Hong Kong are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
How long for the Warranty period?
We offer 3 months warranty for all Toys.

How to calculate the delivery cost?
Free domestic delivery will be provided for each order value over HK$400.00 or more (except of the remote areas or non-major locations mentioned hereunder).
Delivery service is available for HK$60.00 for purchases less than HK$400.00.
