  3. How can I get support for VTech Toys?

    You can contact our Toys division at 2776 3223.

  4. My VTech product no longer works. How can I get it repaired?

    First, be sure that you have replaced the old batteries with fresh ones (we do not recommend rechargeable batteries in our products).

    Second, if your product has a "Reset" button, try using that.

    Third, try removing all of the batteries and holding down the "ON" button for about 4 - 5 seconds. Then replace the batteries (be sure they are fresh) and try your product again.

    If your product still does not work properly, please contact our Consumer Service Department at 2776 3223 in Hong Kong. We will issue a return authorization and advise you of any replacement/repair fees. Please do not return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Consumer Service hours in Hong Kong are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  5. How long for the Warranty period?

    We offer 3 months warranty for all Toys.
