Shipping and Return Policies

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed in real time and are not available for changes or cancellation after they are placed. Orders generally ship within 48 hours, however, please allow for additional processing time of up to 4 business days during peak shipping periods. Please provide a complete and accurate street address and phone number to insure prompt delivery.
2. Shipping and handling charges
The price listed on this Web site are exclusive of any Shipping and handling charges, import or export duty and other incidental expenses, those of which shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping and handling charges on all orders shall be calculated at VTech's discretion. VTech reserves the right to place a hold on processing any order until such time as a VTech customer service representative: 1) contacts the customer to confirm that the customer has completed the order as intended, and 2) notifies the customer of the appropriate shipping and handling charges. Please note that shipping and handling charges may be greater than the amount initially quoted on the Website. Once VTech notifies the customer of the revised shipping and handling charges, the customer shall have the right to accept the charges or cancel the order. VTech shall not consider the order completed until the customer accepts the revised shipping and handling charges.
3. Delivery
A. Delivery Delays:
VTech makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated ship times provided by this Web site at [checkout]. The estimated ship times are in business days (Monday through Saturday) excluding Public holidays. Estimated ship times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 3.00 p.m.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated ship times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply at VTech's sole discretion. Given the popularity of some products, VTech may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on this Web site. This information is subject to change.
In any event, VTech shall not be responsible for delays in delivery or failure of performance hereunder for any cause beyond their reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of God, weather, natural disasters, or failures or delays in transportation.
B. Delivery outside Hong Kong:
VTech shall not deliver any Products to any address outside Hong Kong.
Except to the Software attaching to the Products, title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
Locations outside city areas may require an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Outside city areas include but are not limited to: Frontier Closed Area, Hei Ling Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Lantau (except airport area and Tung Chung which can be reached by road transportation), Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island, Soko Island, Sunshine Island and Park Island.
VTech Electronics (HK) Limited will not be subject to any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages, as a result of its delays in delivery within the foregoing time frames or failure of performance hereunder.
4. Return the Products
VTech wants you to be completely happy with the product you ordered.
If you are not fully satisfied with your Product purchase, you can return your undamaged Product within 14 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
a) Product conditions:
The product (together with all parts thereof) must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product AND be sent back to us unopened in the original box.
b) Return requirements:
  1. You should return only product purchased through this Web site. Any product returned that are not listed on the RMA form will not be processed. Please do not send us items that are not belonging to the original packaged VTech product. We are not responsible for returning of such items. Refunds will only be available to the product qualified under this section and purchased through;
  2. the Product must be returned with your Order Confirmation and original receipt in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation;
  3. all return under the Shipping and Return Policies are subject to restocking fees HK$100; and
  4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that VTech does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for the following products:
  1. Opened memory
  2. Opened software
  3. Electronic software downloads
  4. Personalised products
  5. Software Up to Date Program Products (SW upgrades)
  6. Non-VTech branded/Third party products
  7. VTech Gift Packaging (origami style gift box with ribbon and greeting card)
  8. VTech Developer Connection Products (Membership and Technical Support)
Please contact VTech HK Customer Service at 852-3612-9851 between 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday in case of incorrect product received or product received in damaged conditions. VTech shall try their best effort to exchange with the correct product within 48 hours thereafter. As a reminder, you should refuse any damaged packages. If you are unable to refuse delivery (not at home, etc), please call immediately our VTech HK Customer Service at 852-3612-9851 for assistance.
